We can help by custom designing solutions for your small business.  Large businesses rely on large-scale database applications to share and coordinate data.  Effectively getting data to all users is a crucial part of operating your business efficiently; however, large-scale database applications can cost thousands of dollars to deploy and maintain and they may not do exactly what you want them to.  We can develop similar applications at a fraction of the cost and help you maintain them.

Examples of our development:

• A business of thirty or so employees used paper timesheets to track time and projects.  Each piece of paper must be reviewed, signed, and processed which eats up valuable time.  We developed an online solution that allows employees to sign in and log their time.  Additionally, managers can create project numbers, review and approve timesheets, and get quick real-time statistics on time spent.

• A medium sized company required an application to track problem reports on their products.  Users could submit problem reports which would be routed to the appropriate project manager.  The manager could then assign the problem to individual engineers.  Each report was tagged with crucial information about the problem including an up-to-date status.  Based on the status of the report, each stage of problem resolution was documented and always available to the system users.  To close the report, rules were applied based on the type of problem and the product it applied to.

• A small company required a task tracking system that had more detail and functionality than the standard task software they were using.  Each task was assigned with due dates and milestones that could be tracked by anyone who was granted specific permissions.

• A larger company needed a business development tool to track and qualify business leads.  The resulting application allows them to coordinate their business leads among group members and better determine the resources to be applied to each.

How we develop our application
Our approach to application development is collaborative in and of itself.  We consider you, the customer, the principle designer as we just do the legwork.  You specify your requirements, the look and feel of the application, and manner in which it operates.  No application is the same as all requirements are different.  We allow you to view the development as it progresses and give us feedback on what you would like to change or add.  In the end, you get something that works just the way you want it to and therefore, produces the benefits you envisioned.
